Position Overview
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in a part-time or full-time role. This position is primarily focused on providing individualized clinical treatment to children in an outpatient pediatric setting.
Flexible scheduling is available, with a strong need for after-school availability. Applicants with experience in any area of pediatric occupational therapy are welcome, including sensory processing, fine motor development, handwriting, self-care, feeding, motor coordination, emotional regulation, and neurodevelopmental conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Implement treatment plans developed by occupational therapists
Lead fun and engaging therapy activities for patients
Monitor and report patient progress to supervising therapists
Collaborate with other members of the patient’s interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
Required
Graduate of an Accredited School with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current state license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Reliable Transportation
Professional experience required per state regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Dedication to professional growth and development
