About Us
Hi! We are so glad that you’re here!
Therapy Adventures started as a dream. After working in a variety of settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, early intervention, schools, telehealth, and home health, with a variety of patients we felt limited in the quality of services we could provide and knew we could do better. We believed our families deserved better, so we decided to build something better.
We believe therapy should be a collaborative, family-centered experience. We are the experts in pediatric therapy and YOU are the expert on your child. Together we make a great team! Therapy Adventures offers evidence-based speech language therapy, feeding therapy and occupational therapy for children ages 0 - 18 years old. We work together with families to set and meet goals for your child. Your input is valued every step of the way to ensure that this experience is a positive one for everyone involved. We know that children learn better when they are having fun, so that’s what we do! Our name was inspired by a child working with us that said, “I love coming to therapy because it’s so fun! It’s like my therapy adventure!”
Just as no child is alike, no adventure is exactly the same. Every hero has their own journey. Here at Therapy Adventures, your child is the hero in their own story, and we can’t wait to see what they will achieve!
Meet the Dream Team

Natalie Kemp, MS, CCC-SLP
Speech-Language PathologistNatalie is an experienced pediatric speech-language pathologist who has been practicing since 2009. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M—where she became a lifelong, proud Aggie—and later completed her master’s degree at the University of Texas at Dallas. Before graduate school, Natalie worked as a special education teacher in Houston ISD (PPCD and Resource), an experience that shaped her passion for supporting young learners and collaborating closely with families.
Throughout her career, Natalie has worked in public schools, private schools, and home health, giving her a broad understanding of how to support children across different environments. She brings extensive training and hands-on experience in autism, AAC (Tobii Dynavox, Proloquo, LAMP), feeding therapy (SOS), Childhood Apraxia of Speech (DTTC), articulation, language, fluency, and supporting non-speaking children and those with more complex behavioral or developmental needs. She especially loves working with toddlers, preschoolers, and early school-age children, blending play, structure, and connection to help each child communicate more confidently.
Natalie’s favorite part of her work is building relationships—with her clients, their families, and the community she serves. She thrives on the creativity and constant problem-solving that pediatric therapy requires and takes joy in making sessions fun, meaningful, and effective. She loves incorporating new books and games in her sessions. One of her favorite things about being an SLP is always having an excuse to buy new (used) books, games and toys!
A native Texan, Natalie has called Austin home for almost six years, where she lives with her husband and two children. She enjoys running, working out, cooking, and reading (she could talk books all day!). When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll often find her volunteering or substitute teaching at her kids’ schools. Her go-to coffee order is a Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce Latte.
Natalie is grateful for every family she gets to work with and loves being a part of this tight-knit community. Therapy Adventures is so lucky to have her depth of experience, warmth, and dedication on the team!

Addison Spradling, MS, CCC-SLP
Speech-Language PathologistAddison received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Texas State University and her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Baylor University. Prior to joining Therapy Adventures, Addison spent most of her career in school-based settings working with preschool and elementary-aged children. She has a special passion for supporting minimally verbal students with AAC, and she excels at creating individualized therapy sessions that help kids feel successful and understood. She especially loves working with preschoolers and early elementary students as they discover new sounds, new words, and new ways to connect with the world around them.
Her favorite part of the job is seeing a child’s confidence bloom—whether it’s a clearly produced sound, a joyful AAC request, or a playful shared moment. Addison is a natural cheerleader for her students, celebrating every win, big or small.
Outside of the therapy room, Addison is an avid reader—she read 75 books last year! Her favorite children’s books to use in therapy, are the classic If You Give… series. She also enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and unwinding with an iced matcha latte. If she was not a speech-language pathologist, she’d be pursuing photography or occupational therapy.
