She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, graduating with honors, and a Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology from The University of North Texas. She has worked as a speech therapist in schools, outpatient and inpatient hospital settings, home health, and early intervention. She founded Therapy Adventures in 2021 to actualize her dream of creating a more interactive, supportive, and family-centered pediatric therapy clinic. Amanda has extensive experience with children ages 0 - 5 treating pediatric feeding disorders, breastfeeding and bottle-feeding difficulties, orofacial myofunctional disorders, and tethered oral tissues.
